Subject: ENIGMA UPDATE

READ THE ENIGMA S-BOARD FIRST... SPOILER THINGEE TO FOLLOW

So, what the @#$%^&*! was that, you ask? Here's the lowdown on the
storyline "The Enigma Plague."

For those who didn't know, S-Guy's powers are those of the members of
(honest) the Legion of Substitute Heroes. Exposure to Overload's powers
have caused him to manifest a new LSH member's "power" --- Infectious
Lass. He's contagious with germs that cause, oh, just about any kind of
symptom.

First victim was Kyria, who has come down with Past Life Regression
Syndrome, and seems to believe she's Sunfighter 1.0; I did this partly
cause I missed the dogs, partly cause a good Cure Disease spell could end
this too easily.  ;)

Here's the ground rules:

1) Everyone's illness should be unique. And go crazy, absolutely anything
could occur. Spontaneous desire to dance? Fear of low heights? 
Compulsive neatness? Anything, just slap the word "disease" or "syndrome"
after the symptoms. It's one big skeeve. Drive your character batty (or
do someone else - if you let them do you.)

And I've already got S-Guy's planned, so paws off that.

2) I don't see why other plotlines can't be running at the same time. But
remember - while this contagion is going on, it's a good bet that Our
Heroes will be, uh, fighting at less than peak efficiency, so lower level
baddies could give them a real run for the money.

3) This gives Nemesis free reign to run hog wild. We can work on them to
build up a feel for em, until they inevitably kick good-guy ass! (Did I
say that?)
