Steve Mensch aka S-Guy

Costume: Black spandex pants, domino mask + combat boots, gray flannel
shirt + cape, white S on shirt pocket and cape. About 5'10" - in decent
shape (but not quite good enough for spandex pants) dark hair + eyes. Ok
looking, eyes have that hyper-caffeinated look.

Secret Origin: Unrevealed (we need to do more SO's!)

Powers: Has a variety of unrelated ones:
1) Cold + ice powers, fairly significant
2) flame powers, but nowhere near Firebrand's. Can breath a 5' column of
flame out of his mouth. Known to use this for practical jokes at Mexican
restaurants.
3) Can change color of any visible object (uses it to make his mask
appear) Can't create illusions in thin air.
4) Vast superhuman strength - but only in the dark or low lighting. Any
significant illumination cancels this entirely
5) Can turn into an almost wholly invulnerable (but immobile) stone
statue. Can see + hear, but can't use other powers. Turns on + off at
will
6) Can eccelerate plant growth; carries a variety of seeds in utility
belt for this purpose
7) Can grow a second head (so far unused)
8) Can grow spiny quills out of his whole body - a potent deterrent to
physical attacks
9) Can rip an arm out of socket and wield like a mighty club. *bonk!*

So-so hand to hand combatant.

Personality/notes: When out of costume as Steve, almost normal, generally
a nice guy. As S-Guy, becomes hyper good-guy. Dialogue? Think 2 words:
The Tick.
Thinks heroing is a great career. Loves it all, from fighting baddies to
helping old ladies across the street. Relatively smart, but no especial
area of expertise (ex: knows politics + current events from reading the
paper + Newsweek. No Aries, but can program in C and use the net - a
power he sometimes misuses to harass the residents of Ataniel with inane
Outtakes.) Big Steelers fan. Calls Warp "boss" or "chief." Tries to act
as mentor to Kid Sidekick. Super-metabolism makes him pig out and drink
tons of diet coke. A bit accident prone of the flying motorcycles. Native
of Vernon, Ct. -  as is Overload. (qv)
