Subject: Overdue character introduction

 
"Samantha" is a character whose true identity I will keep secret for a
while. She will be tailing Nemesis and passing the information on to
various hero types, possibly including Enigma. None of the members of
Nemesis know who she is, although she knows of "Phil" and Deathshrike.

Samantha is not a combat character. She can handle non-superpowered
minions, but Nemesis would wipe the floor with her. I will reveal what
powers she does have as I think of them.

Please don't use her in conversation or move her about. Samantha has her
own agenda and filling everyone in on it would spoil the fun of revealing
it in story.
